Originally built in the early 1920’s as a citrus packing and processing plant for Sunkist, this historic brick building was renovated in 2016. The owner hired DeBartolo Architects to bring the Warehouse back to life while reusing the structure, roof trusses, and skylights of the original building. “These projects display and celebrate the places they preserve, the stories they protect, and the new legacies they build. While It only represents a portion of our built work, adaptive reuse yields some of the most exciting results.” – DeBartolo Architects.
